James is a Minister at Heirs Christian Center Church. He is a 23 year retired United States Air Force and Marine Corps Veteran. He is the recipient of ‘The Airman’s Medal’ for Heroism. He has over 30 years in Higher Education, Leadership, and Instruction.  James is the CEO of J2 Business Essentials LLC; VP of Business Development of On-Doc. He serves on the Board of the Non-Profit Peace4Poverty NG50 – an official re-entry program for Mecklenburg Detention Center and community entrepreneurship. He has over 30 years’ experience in recruitment, professional and personal development. James has served as a College President at three institutions; ITT Technical Institute, Virginia College, and Miller Motte. He is the author of 5 personal development books and inspirational speaker. James received his Doctorate in Transformational Leadership at Concordia University.  His passion is for individuals to gain knowledge that allows them to go from the classroom to the workforce and/or entrepreneurship.
